Fabulous Floral Wedding Moongate
Have a look at our fabulous floral wedding Moongate! Did you know that legend has it that passing through a Moongate together will bring a couple a lifetime of happiness? No wonder they are so popular as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies! We think this lovely Moongate also looks equally amazing set behind a Top Table too!

Our Moongate comes supplied with white voile drapes and your choice of soft blush, peaches & cream florals, soft shades of blue & lilac, brighter pinks & creams or classic cream and whites; all set amidst lots of lovely green foliage! Ivory Flower Wall

Our beautiful soft pink N E O N 'Happily Ever After' wedding sign, is available for hire exclusively with our Ivory Flower Wall. Measuring 1.25m in length, it's the most wonderful finishing touch for our 1.6m wide wall. 80cm Gold Pedestals with Florals
Our 80cm Gold Pedestals with Peony & Rose Florals are most often used as ceremony décor to mark the beginning of a wedding aisle, or to ‘extend’ your preferred wedding backdrop, placed either side of our moongate, wedding arch or flower wall. We can add lanterns or pillar candles to the base to add extra interest. Lots of our couples choose to repurpose them after their ceremony and relocate them to use either side of their Top or Sweetheart Table.
They are also fabulous paired with our welcome signage or seating plans – there are so many wonderful options! If you would like us personalise the florals, using additional flowers to work with your wedding colour scheme, we are very happy to help for a small additional fee.

Floral Pew Ends
We have a set of ten of these fabulous silk florals of the highest quality, that can be easily attached to any open back chair - for example the ever popular Chiavari chair.
Each one includes a selection of foliage with eucalyptus, blush & cream roses with gypsophila, finished with a soft cream trailing ribbon.

They are a fabulous way to decorate your wedding aisle chairs and can be used on their own but also look amazing should you wish to use them alongside chair sashes as pictured.

Confetti Kit No. 1: Hamper, Cones & Confetti Sign
Why not invite your guests to share the love and throw a little confetti around! This is the first of our Confetti Kits. It includes a beautiful large wicker Confetti Hamper, which is absolutely perfect when placed at the entrance to your venue, so that guests can help themselves and shower you with love (and confetti!) after the important ‘We Do’ bit.
The hamper includes beautiful printed paper cones, ready for you to fill with your choice of confetti. Floral Single Hoop Cake Stand
Simply beautiful! This is the smaller of our two hoop cake stand options and one of our most popular items to hire!
It comes ready decorated with silk ivory roses and simple green eucalyptus to provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding cake. The hoop itself measures 70cm in diameter and from the oak stained board to the top of the hoop it is 65cm. We always recommend you check the height of your cake in advance of booking to be absolutely certain that this is the right cake stand for your special day.

Decorated with micro lights, ivory roses and eucalyptus, it really is so pretty! The hexagon measures 56cm from the oak stained board to the top. This stand is perfect for a single or two tier wedding cake. Hexagon Copper Cake Stand
If you are looking for a simple crate design to display your wedding cake, have a look at our beautiful ‘All you need is Love & Cake’ oak-coloured wooden stand. Measuring 40cm x 40cm and standing 16cm high, the stand has a solid wood top, so it will accommodate and support the largest of wedding cakes, or maybe you might prefer a tower of beautiful cupcakes!
The stand can be used on its own, but you might like to consider using it alongside our handcrafted Indian silver wedding platter. This looks simply beautiful when used as a base for your cake, placed on top of the stand. We can also add florals around the crate as pictured.

This beautiful highly polished decorative silver plate, handcrafted in India, can be used in lots of ways. We think it is a really special way to display your wedding cake, on top of our ‘All You Need is Love & Cake’, stand. A simple floral, ivy or eucalyptus garland can be added around the edge of the plate to compliment your décor or theme.
You might also like to consider using the platter to serve wedding cupcakes, or as part of a Top Table display, decorated with flowers or candles. We think it looks particularly beautiful when used alongside our silver mercury goblets and floral table centrepieces.

This is the largest of our hoop wedding cake stand options and the perfect choice if you are looking to add the WOW factor to your wedding cake display!

At over one metre tall it will easily accommodate the largest of wedding cakes, sitting on top of our beautiful silver and glass cake platter. It comes ready decorated with silk ivory rose garlands and we can include fairy lights if this is something you might like. Introducing the newest addition to our hire collection – the ‘Floral Crown’ cake stand. Such a genius design and a fabulous way to present your wedding cake! This beauty is perfect for wedding cakes up to 16” in diameter. It comes with 24 mini vases supported in the clear acrylic crown. These can be filled with fresh flowers by your cake maker or florist to suit your wedding vibe. Choose a simple classic cake design and let the flowers be the star of the show, or opt for a more elaborate cake and choose beautiful buds to showcase the design.

Wedding Cake Backdrop
There are many ways we can dress your cake table to
make it look loved. After all, if you have invested time and money in choosing a fabulous cake, it's a good idea to give it a place to shine!
Many venues have unique backdrops to showcase your wedding cake, but if you are in need of a really pretty cake backdrop to brighten up a corner or blank wall, we can help with our 2m x 1m floral stand complete with 'Love & Cake' Hoop. The hoop is detachable so we can easily remove it if you prefer to use the backdrop on it's own.
Pair it with one of our lovely cake stands and we think it makes the prettiest backdrop for those all important cake cutting photos.

Order Of The Day!
This is the perfect way to let your guests know what to expect on your special day.
We have two large freestanding Order of the Day boards for you to choose from. Our Chalkboard Pallet comes ready decorated with beautiful floral garlands and battery operated fairy lights. The size means there is plenty of room for personalising the board, adding your names and your running order for the day, with space for up to 8 listings.
We also have a fabulous 'Clocks' Order of the Day - simply set the hands of the 6 clocks to the times of your main events as shown in the photo.
Personalising the Order of the Days: We are very happy to add your timings and events to the pallet or Clocks Order of the Day for you in beautiful hand chalked writing as pictured. In order to do so, we will require full details, a minimum of seven days prior to your wedding. These should be emailed to us at: info@theweddinglibrary.co.uk
Should you prefer to personalise either board yourself, please let us know when making your booking. We will then arrange a time and date for you to collect the board in advance of your day so that you have plenty of time to hand chalk it in your own style.

Beautiful Bespoke Selfie-Station
This is one of our most popular items and is the perfect alternative solution to a sometimes costly photo-booth. It’s a great way to encourage your guests to snap some fabulous relaxed and informal photos to share with you – these are often very different to those taken by your wedding photographer!
The white wooden stand comes complete with two frames. Simply choose from a classic rectangular frame or a fabulous ‘good luck horse-shoe’ design. Beautiful Bespoke Wedding Post-Boxes
You’ve got mail! If you are looking to create a special and dedicated space for cards and gifts, then look no further. We have a choice of two unique and totally beautiful handcrafted wedding post-boxes for hire, that come complete with a white-framed ‘Cards & Wishes’ sign.
Each box stands approximately 55cm tall so these are sizeable pieces that really create a focal point. Our dark oak 'EIIR' post box has a lift off lid, whilst the light oak box has a door to the rear with a combination lock, so you can rest assured that everything inside remains safe and secure while you relax and enjoy the celebrations! If you opt for the Light Oak option, we are very happy to include a personalised 'Royal Mail' card with your wedding details.

White & Silver Birdcage Lantern

Another of our beautiful lanterns - perfect for a rustic or vintage themed wedding. The white-wood cut out frame, features birds and leaves and the open silver top of the lantern has been decorated with with ivy.

We LOVE our oak wedding wine crate display unit! It's the perfect piece for a country chic, rustic or classically themed wedding. It can be used as two display units on a table-top, or stacked as a freestanding unit on the floor.

Oak Wine Crate Display
In Memory
We are often asked if we can help set up a 'Memory Table / Ladder' to display photos and mementos of loved ones that sadly are no longer with us, but never forgotten. This is something we are always very happy to help with. You might like to include one of our lovely signs pictured here, along with lanterns, candles and flowers. Our oak wedding crates are also perfect to use as a display unit and can be placed either on a table-top or freestanding on the floor. As every Memory display is unique and very personal, simply let us know what you have in mind and we will do our very best to assist.

Brass Gold Candlesticks
Our classic Brass Gold Taper Candlesticks are absolutely perfect if you are looking to create a cosy ambiance on your special day.
We have a set of 20 available to hire in a mix of three different sizes - 23cm, 20cm and 17cm. They come supplied with battery taper candles (real flame candles can be supplied depending on what is permissible at your venue).
If you are opting for trestle tables, these look amazing interspersed between florals/greenery running along the centre of your tables. When used this way, we recommend using them alongside our Gold Geometric Tea Light Holders as pictured here. If you are opting for our Wedding Library Package, the Candlesticks are included to use alongside our Pampas Grass Centrepieces.

Giant Silk Flowers!
Totally gorgeous silk flowers that really are a statement piece!
At over a metre tall with the most beautiful silk petals and bright pink centres, these look amazing! We have styled them for marquee, tepee and festival weddings, at the entrance to venues alongside our selfie frames, flower wall, welcome mirror and confetti kit. They can easily be attached to railings and look wonderful at the foot of a stairwell or doorway.
Every venue is different and if you love these flowers (as much as I do!) we will help you find the most perfect spot to display them on your special day.

Ficus Trees

We LOVE our fabulous Ficus Trees! Standing 1.7m tall, they come as a pair, pre-lit with multi-function fairy-lights, so they are absolutely perfect for adding some sparkle to your celebrations!
With natural wood stems and artificial leaves, we recommend these are used inside your venue. Use them at the beginning of your wedding aisle or either side of our Moongate to 'extend' your wedding ceremony backdrop. They look amazing used with our flower wall, behind a Top Table or at the entrance to your venue alongside our Welcome Mirror or Acrylic Welcome sign. They really are so pretty and versatile! Each tree comes supplied in it's own floral filled wooden planter.

Wedding Aisle Decor Lanterns
Our lovely brushed gold lanterns are the perfect finishing touch for your wedding aisle! They look wonderful paired with a wedding aisle runner, but if you don't have this, simply adding them to the end of your seating rows creates the most wonderful walkway to your ceremony space. We also have a set of 10 white lanterns that can be used in a similar way. Each lantern comes complete with a battery pillar candle and ivy to the top and base.

Rustic Wooden Cartwheels
We have three of these beautiful dark wood rustic cartwheels – two measuring 100cm in diameter and one at 80cm.
They come supplied as pictured with the smaller hearts in the centre of the larger wheels reading, ‘All of me loves all of you’ and ‘Love you to the moon and back’, but there are lots of other ways we can style them for you, with additional flowers or garlands to match your wedding colours. Just let us know how we can help. They look amazing hanging against a wall, or why not use them at the entrance to your venue and attach directional arrows for your ceremony or party?
